During the first visit, the doctor advised us to purchase a special slipper costing ₹10,000 and asked us to bring it the next day so he could insert the cone into it. He also informed us that we did not need to book another appointment for the follow-up visit. However, when we returned the next day as instructed, we were charged an additional ₹6,000 for the second visit. Altogether, the total cost for the foot corn treatment, including the slipper, amounted to ₹22,000. This was unexpected and not clearly communicated to us in advance. Additionally, the receipt issued by the hospital contains an incorrect patient name, which raises concerns about billing accuracy and record management.
