My experience with this doctor has been extremely disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and on both occasions I was redirected to another doctor at the Wellawatta Urology Center (Dr. Supun), who I found to be unqualified to handle urology-related matters. When I finally managed to see Dr. Kugadas, the consultation lasted barely 30 seconds. He quickly wrote out a prescription that turned out to be ineffective and based on a clear misdiagnosis. Overall, this was a frustrating and unhelpful experience.
