Dr. Noel is truly one of the best doctors in SL for diabetes care. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at a very young age and from the very beginning, his treatment and guidance have been exceptional. He's extremely knowledgeable and supportive. And always greets you with a big smile!
