I had a disappointing experience at Asiri Central Hospital during my consultation with Dr. Surekha Seneviratne (Dentist). I felt that my concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed, and I did not receive the level of reassurance and professional guidance I expected during the treatment process. The communication and overall standard of care fell short of my expectations. I hope the hospital takes this feedback into consideration and works toward improving the quality of patient care moving forward.
