Worst experience ever. We went to Medihelp Hospital today for my father to get his wound checked. The doctor removed my father’s wound dressing without any proper examination and then started scolding him, accusing him of smoking repeatedly. My father has never smoked in his entire life. Instead of giving a proper consultation, the doctor behaved very unprofessionally and even asked the nurse to send my father away, without explaining anything or providing medical advice. If the doctor had no intention of consulting him, why remove the wound dressing in the first place? This caused unnecessary discomfort and distress. This behavior is unacceptable. No doctor has the authority to treat patients with disrespect, make false assumptions, or deny proper care after interfering with a wound. My father was humiliated and left without treatment. Extremely disappointed. This was the worst medical experience we have ever had.
